Nanox.SOURCE

Nanox created the chip that takes medical imaging to the next generation, featuring a novel silicon-based, low-voltage, nano-scale cold cathode generating the electron stream needed for X-ray via field-emission technology.

General Details

  • Nanox Cold Cathode Emitter is a Solid-State chip with 40 Million nano-cones emitting electrons.
  • These electrons are attracted to the Anode by the high voltage, colliding on the Tungsten traget, producing X-ray fluence.
  • The chip is situated inside the tube and electrically connected via pins to the outside world.
  • The chip is controlled by a DC voltage ranging from 18 to 48V.

Nanox.TUBE

From a single metal filament heated to 2,000° Celsius, requiring special cooling and rotation mechanics, to a silicon chip featuring a field of 40 million nano-cones emitting digitally controlled electron streams under low voltage.

General Details

  • The Nanox X-ray tube features a ceramic design and a large copper anode for improved cooling.
  • Anode float over HV, Cathode is ground potential.
  • The Chip is controlled by a DC voltage ranging from 18 to 48V.

Specifications

  • Positive HV | 110kV | Anode current relates to gate drive voltage.
  • 900W | 0.7FS | 0.7 millisecond minimum emission time.
