CEO & ACTING CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Erez Meltzer, the Chief Executive Officer and the Acting Chairman of the Board. Prior to this role, he held the position of Chairman of the Board at Hadassah Medical Center in Israel for a duration of six years. Throughout his career, he has also assumed leadership roles in several prominent global companies, including Gadot Chemicals & Shipping Group, Africa Israel, Netafim, and Creo Scitex.
Ms. Kainan has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2021. Ms. Kainan established the forum for owners, chairpersons, and CEOs, she also serves as chairperson of the CFO Forum. Kainan serves as member in the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office committees, Board of Trustees of Bar Ilan University, and other NGOs. She served as a director of companies traded on the TASE. Kainan, co-authored the book “Israel – Island of Success”. Kainan holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Michael Jackman served as the CEO of the Leidos (LDOS) health group from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, Mr. Jackman was the CEO of Mach7 Technologies, from 2017 to 2019, a company which focused on modernizing enterprise imaging. In addition, Mr. Jackman was a senior executive at GE Healthcare from 2011 to 2017, serving as the Americas Region CEO for Healthcare Digital (HCIT) and as the General Manager for Enterprise Imaging and care delivery solutions. Prior to 2011, Mr. Jackman held leadership roles for Carestream Health (President HCIT), iSOFT Health Group (EVP Operations), and Eastman Kodak (CTO of Healthcare division) and lastly at IBM, where he started his career in hardware and software and held several leadership positions. Mr. Jackman holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from University of Rhode Island, and an MBA in Business Administration from Nova University.
Mr. Suesskind served as the CFO of Teva Pharmaceuticals for 31 years, and as a director at numerous companies in the medical field. He is currently a director of NANO-X Imaging limited, IMED Infinity Medical, NEXTAR Chemopharma Solutions Ltd, SaNOtize R&D Corp, and The Jerusalem Foundation.
Erez Alroy for almost 20 years held various positions in the Shahal group, including 15 years as chief executive officer of SHL Telemedicine (SIX: SHLTN). Currently Mr. Alroy is a private investor and holds several board positions, including SHL Telemedicine Ltd. and Merhavia Holdings and Investments Ltd. (TASE), an investment firm that invests mainly in life science and healthcare companies. Mr. Alroy holds an MBA degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Nehama Ronen, former Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Environmental Protection (1996-1999) and member of the Israeli Knesset (2001-2003), is currently the Chairperson of Maman Cargo Terminals & Handling Ltd. She has been actively involved in environmental and logistical leadership roles since then, including her executive chairmanship at ELA Recycling Corporations from 2005-2019.Additionally, Ms. Ronen has contributed to various boards, such as Tamar Petroleum Ltd., Dan Public Transportation, and Trendlines Group. With a strong commitment to environmental causes, she served on the board of Oil Refineries Ltd. (2008-2011) and Bank Hapoalim (2010-2015) , holds a B.A. in Education and History from Tel Aviv University and Beit Berl College, as well as an M.A. in Public Management from Haifa University. Ms. Ronen also graduated a Senior executive Program at the London Business School.
Dr. Kicska is an assistant professor in the thoracic section of the Department of Radiology at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington, where he also conducts research on digital chest tomosynthesis.

Dr. Pickhardt is a Professor of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin Medical School, with more than 25 years of experience in the diagnostic radiology field.

Dr. Tanenbaum is an active consultant in the imaging space. He is a long-term collaborator with the medical imaging industry and continues to chair advisory boards for imaging OEMs, pharma, and AI concerns. He has interests in developing applications of AI and machine learning, contrast agents, MR, CT and advanced rendering.
Dr. Tanenbaum served as Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Director of Advanced Imaging at Radnet Inc from 2015 -2024.

Mr. Koren is a seasoned technological leader who served as General Manager and VP R&D at ReWalk Robotics, GM of RuggedCom, and VP R&D of Alvarion, leading the development of their WiMax mobile solution.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Wimpfheimer previously held the position of Chief Medical Officer and Head of Product Strategy at Zebra Medical Vision, until its acquisition by Nanox. She is the co-founder of Remote Radiology International, with over 20 years of experience in the radiology field. She received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and did her diagnostic radiology residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York.

Prior to joining Nanox, Ms. Gofman Feler served as General Counsel at CollPlant Biotechnologies Ltd., a publicly traded biotechnology company. Marina holds an LL.B in Laws and a B.A in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
