We are looking for a professional IT Integration & Systems Project Manager. This role includes professional end-to-end leadership of IT projects for integration and implementation of information systems and communication infrastructure supporting the company’s operations in Israel and internationally. The role includes ongoing support, management of complex IT projects, system analysis and design, and ensuring compliance with information security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

1. Systems Integration & Mergers

  • Lead the planning, analysis, and implementation of integrations between Nanox systems and the operational and information systems of international subsidiaries.
  • Provide technical and application leadership for enterprise systems projects such as: ECM, HR management systems, AI-RAG platforms, CRM systems, and LMS platforms.
  • Manage company infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments.
  • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in integration processes and lead their resolution.
  • Work closely with global IT, Information Security, and Compliance teams to ensure technological and architectural alignment.

2. System Analysis, Design & Specification

  • Lead business needs analysis and define functional and technical requirements.
  • Write functional and technical specification documents for complex systems.
  • Work closely with organizational stakeholders and external vendors throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Support and guide QA testing, system integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

3. Ownership of IT Systems & Solutions

  • Overall responsibility for operational systems such as HR systems, AI-RAG platforms, CRM systems, LMS platforms, and the AWS cloud environment.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and solutions aligned with company growth.
  • Ensure system availability, stability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

4. IT Project Management

  • Manage IT projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Support, R&D, Information Security, HR, and Finance.
  • Lead multiple tasks and projects simultaneously within short- to medium-term timelines.

5. IT Support & Operations

  • Provide ongoing support to end users across hardware, software, networks, enterprise systems, and SaaS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

6. Information Security & Compliance

  • Maintain and oversee information security systems relevant to company operations under the supervision of the CISO.
  • Investigate unusual or suspicious events and implement lessons learned.
  • Promote information security awareness across the organization through training, assessments, and internal guidelines.

7. Organizational Position & Autonomy

  • A senior cross-functional role, operating under the VP of Information Systems and the CISO.
  • Independently solves complex problems and exercises broad professional judgment.
  • Influences technical decision-making beyond the immediate team.
  • Includes leadership of significant projects and occasionally professional guidance of additional employees.


Requirements

Must have:

  • Near native / native-level English – spoken and written.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management and systems analysis.
  • Proven experience in designing, integrating, and specifying complex software systems.
  • Strong technical background: Windows / Mac, networking, AWS, SaaS, communications infrastructure.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, high accountability, and strong ownership mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Healthcare IT / Medical Imaging / RIS-PACS.
  • Background in information security, regulatory environments, and compliance.
  • Experience with post-merger and acquisition system integrations.
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, MCSA, or similar.
