About The Position

The Marketing Referent will serve as the primary point of contact for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution.

This role will facilitate continuous communication between Nanox Impact and the Nanox Marketing team at HQ to ensure that requirements are met, and support is provided effectively.

This role involves coordinating campaigns, analyzing market trends, supporting branding efforts, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals

Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
  • Content creation and campaign distribution - lead and design with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
  • Identify target audiences and optimize marketing approaches for engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, Nanox sales team feedback and competitor activities and implementation within the campaigns.

Marketing collaterals initiatives:

  • Create marketing initiatives for promoting campaigns and company objectives according to marketing needs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and sales communication channels according to the company brandbook and compliance guidance.
  • Alignment and report to the corporate.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Measure campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting outcomes and areas for improvement.

 Collaboration and Communication:

  • Streamline the sales-marketing process.
  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, primarily Nanox Impact sales teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication of project updates, feedback, and requirements.
  • Represent the organization in external marketing engagements or partnerships as needed.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in digital marketing, project management, or branding are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, with experience in campaign management, market analysis, or brand development.
  • Experience with medical filed companies- mandatory (medical imaging industry- a plus).
  • Experience as a leading/managerial functionary - strong advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce- mandatory.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SalesForce system, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Experience with Social Media management including “hands-on”
  • Experience with WordPress platform CMS- a plus.
  • Experience with publicly traded companies- a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation strategies and costumer journey funnels- a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and graphic design tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.

This position is offered as a 100% full-time role, with a hybrid work model and 2-3 days in the NJ offices (mandatory).
