We are looking for a highly motivated IT & Cybersecurity support specialist to take a part of our mission and join the dynamic IT team. You will optimize our IT infrastructure, provide essential IT and cybersecurity support to our global workforce, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, collaboration tools, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
· Helpdesk Support: Provide efficient technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage ticketing platforms to resolution.
· IT Administration: Manage and maintain WIN, MAC, and LINUX operating systems, ensuring system health, performance, and security.
· Microsoft 365 Administration: Assist in managing the Office 365 environment
· Cloud Infrastructure: Contribute to the management of Azure AAD, AWS, and cloud infrastructure security, following established security protocols.
· Network Management: Participate in network administration, including firewall configuration, switch management, and VLAN implementation.
· Security Incident Response: Collaborate with the security team as a first responder to security incidents, conducting initial investigations and implementing containment measures.
· Cybersecurity Implementation: Support the implementation and management of SIEM/SOC and CNAPP solutions under the guidance of the CISO

Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience in IT support and helpdesk software and remote support tools.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows 10/11 devices- mandatory. (Experience in Linux- advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and Intune device management- including Active Directory, Group Policy, SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
- Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs)
- Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures.
- Networks/Operating systems/Cyber security/cloud certifications - advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to learn independently and adapt to evolving technologies.
