Ran Poliakine, our founder, has served as a member of our board of directors since our inception and will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors upon the effectiveness of this registration statement of which this prospectus forms a part. Mr. Poliakine has served as our Chief Executive Officer since September 2019, and served as Chief Executive Officer of Nanox Gibraltar since August 2018. Prior to that, he served as Chief Strategy Officer in Nanox Gibraltar from June 2015 to August 2018. Mr. Poliakine is a serial entrepreneur and has founded numerous companies over the past two decades, including SixAI Ltd., Powermat Technologies, Wellsense Technologies Ltd., Tap Systems, Inc., Illumigyn, Ltd. (“Illumigyn”) and Musashi AI Ltd. Mr. Poliakine is a member of the board of directors of SixAI Ltd., Powermat Technologies and Musashi AI Ltd. In addition, Mr. Poliakine currently serves as a member of senior management of Illumigyn.

Anat Kaphan has served as our Vice President of Product Marketing since September 2019. Prior to joining us, Ms. Kaphan served as Vice President of Product and Marketing at Mazor Robotics Ltd. from 2015 to 2018, and General Manager at Essence Group from 2014 to 2015. She also served as Marketing Director at Phillips from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, Ms. Kaphan served as Business Development Director at Lumenis from 2001 to 2011 and Product Manager at Elscint Ltd. from 1991 to 2001. Ms. Kaphan holds an M.B.A. in International marketing from Tel Aviv University and received her bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Haifa University.

Itzhak Maayan has served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2019. Prior to joining us, Mr. Maayan served in different finance leadership roles in Perrigo Company from 2007 to 2019, including Vice President, Financial Services and European Investor Relations, Vice President, International Finance, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Perrigo Israel. Prior to Perrigo Company, Mr. Maayan held various finance leadership roles at Cisco Systems Israel from 2003 to 2007, Xtivia, Inc. from 1999 to 2003, Kulick & Soffa from 1995 to 1999 and Elscint Ltd. from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Maayan received his bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting from Haifa University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

A former medical executive at Intel and Orbotech, Mr. Raab has decades of product development experience, and a BSc. and MSc. in applied physics & microelectronics.

Yoel Raab received his BSc. And MSc. Degree in Applied Physics, Microelectronics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He joined Intel on ’82 as a process engineer and served in various development and engineering positions including process integration, device characterization, design for manufacturing, quality and reliability. He managed the Yield department at the Intel Fab in Qiryat Gat, Israel (1996 through 2001). After leaving Intel on 2001 he joined Phone-Or, a start up company, as a VP R&D, developing silicon membrane for an optical based microphone. He served as a consultant to Orbotech in a concept and feasibility project that proved localized laser crystallization on amorphous silicon is feasible for the flat panel devices industry (2003 – mid 2004). Yoel later managed the gamma detectors department at Orbotech medical (2004 - mid 2006). Yoel also served as VP R&D in Magink, a start-up company developing large scale reflective LC displays for outdoor advertising for a short time mid 2006 through mid 2007. Yoel served as an R&D manager and CTO at Powermat Technologies (2007 – 2014), a start-up company who develops and manufactures wireless power charging products for the consumer electronics segment. Yoel joined Wellsense Technology as R&D manager in 2014, where he developed the 2nd and 3rd generation products from textile material. Wellsense developed a pressure sensing mat to monitor and prevent pressure ulcers from occurring in the intensive care units in Hospitals. Yoel is serving as a CTO at Sixeye, a private incubation company in the medical devices and Industry 4.0 arena.

Tal Shank has served as our Vice President of Corporate Development since September 2019. Mr. Shank has served as Head of Corporate Development at Illumigyn from 2017 to date. From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Shank was responsible for the corporate and governance aspects of Head Start, a company supplier of services to technology portfolio companies related to Ran Poliakine. Prior to that, Mr. Shank served as Deputy CEO & Legal Counsel of Speech Modules Holdings Ltd. from 2014 to 2015. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. Shank worked at Guy, Bachar & Co. Law Firm, where he started as an associate and became partner in 2011. Mr. Shank has practiced corporate and securities law in Israel since 2003, and he holds an M.B.A. and a LL.M. from Tel Aviv University.

Lydia Edwards has spent the last 15 years in the medical field, focused on pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine. She has introduced new modes of therapy from companies such as Philips and Resmed to medical groups and hospitals throughout the US. She is a current partner in Sunset Sleep Labs. Prior to entering the medical field, Mrs. Edwards was a partner in Cambrix Consulting Group, which specialized in launching new products and companies into the U.S. market. Mrs. Edwards served as EVP of Business Development at Emblaze U.S., where she introduced new Internet video technologies into the U.S. market. She participated in a successful public offering of Emblaze on the London Stock Exchange.Mrs. Edwards was also an EVP at Reveal Computer products, a Packard Bell company where she launched computer peripheral products into the consumer market, achieving over $75 million in revenue.

Hitoshi Masuya has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its founding. Mr. Masuya acquired vast international experience, including in Japan, USA, South Africa, UK and Korea. He also acquired significant experience in the management of early-stage technology companies, business model development, and implementation, market analysis, and strategic consultation, financial management and analysis and technology assessment (including optical electronics, semiconductor, battery, automobile, aircraft, metal and machinery process). Prior to serving at the Company, Mr. Masuya served as a director at Field Emission Technologies Inc. (which co-invested in display panel technology together with Sony Corp) and in FET Japan (that further developed display panel technology in Japan and Taiwan). Mr. Masuya founded Technology Carve-Out Fund in Japan in 2006 and served as a director of several joint ventures with blue-chip companies at, for example, AE Tech In. (a spin-off of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation for Gallium Nitride process) and Dempeki Kaihatsu KK (a joint venture for advanced building material technology with Shimizu Corporation). He started the venture capital career in 2000 as a partner of a Silicon Valley fund managed by Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd. after he served as a partner of at Stanford Transportation Group, LLC. (a business consulting firm in California for aircraft and automotive companies and governments) and as a business consultant at SRI International (Stanford Research Institute, California) until 1995. He started the business career in 1982 at Iron & Steel Plant department of Marubeni Corporation, Japan to plan and manage projects of heavy machinery plant in South Africa, Venezuela, and Korea. Mr. Masuya is 57 years old and graduated from Tokyo University in 1982, majoring in Law.

He is a recognized expert in many scientific areas, including high power and analog circuits, electro-optics and vacuum arc deposition. He served as CTO and advisor to several companies developing cutting-edge technologies. He is also head of the exhibits department and principal curator at the Bloomfield Science Museum in Jerusalem. He has published three books, over 70 articles and holds over 250 patents (approved and pending).

Mr. Fenig has served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Rioglass Solar systems Ltd. since 2014, and as Chief Executive Officer of Rioglass Solar Receivers BU from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Fenig co-founded and served as a member of the board of directors of DUTYFREEBEE LTD from 2013 to 2015. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Fenig served as Commercial Director, Project Acquisition Finance at Siemens, where he managed finance and commercial matters relating to engineering procurement and construction projects. Prior to joining Siemens, Mr. Fenig served as Finance Manager, Inside Sales European Markets at Cisco Systems from 2008 to 2010, Service Fulfilment Delivery Manager at Amdocs UK from 2006 to 2008, and Systems Analyst, Cyber Security Department at Israeli Ministry of the Prime Minister from 2001 to 2005. In 1994, Dr. Katske was awarded a Distinguished Service Citation by the Medical Board of California for his work in Medical Quality Review. He has also served as a Clinical Professor, Chief of Staff, Chief of Surgery and Chief of Urology at multiple hospitals. Dr. Katske received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, and his medical degree from The George Washington University

Since 2008, Mr. Meltzer has served as a teaching professor at the Tel Aviv Faculty of Medicine in the area of crisis management. Meltzer served as Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gadot Chemicals & Shipping Group from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Africa-Israel Ltd from 2006 to 2008 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Netafim Ltd from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Meltzer also served as Chief Executive Officer of Creo Scitex from 1996 to 2001

Jung-ho Park is the President and CEO of SK Telecom, and serves as the Chairman of SK Group’s Global Growth Committee and a member of the board of directors of SK Hynix. Prior to this, he was the CEO of SK Holdings from 2015 to 2016. Mr. Park joined SK Group in 1989 and held various key positions. While serving as SK Telecom's Chief Growth Officer 2010-2012, Mr. Park led the acquisition of SK Hynix, the second largest DRAM manufacturer in the world, and spearheaded SK Hynix’s 2018 investment in the NAND flash memory manufacturer Kioxia (formerly known as Toshiba Memory). Mr. Park holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Korea University and a master’s degree in business administration from George Washington University.

Mr. Park is President and CEO of SK Telecom, serves as the Chairman of SK Group’s Global Growth Committee, and is a member of the Board of Directors of SK Hynix.

Richard Stone has served as a member of our board of directors since November 2019. Professor Stone has taught at Columbia University Law School since 1974, and became Professor Emeritus in 2018. Professor Stone has taught courses in several fields of business law, specializing in federal income taxation. From 1969 to 1973, Professor Stone served in the United States Justice Department as Assistant to the Solicitor General of the United States. Beginning in 1981, Professor Stone began providing consulting to private and public technology start-ups, primarily in the biotechnology field. Professor Stone co-founded several biotechnology companies, including Lev Pharmaceuticals, Siga Technologies and OptMed. In 2007, Professor Stone began working primarily with Israeli technology companies, mostly in the medical space. He is a member of the board of directors of Powermat Technologies, Wellsense, Cardiologics, Quality In Flow, Dario Health and Illumigyn. Professor Stone received his bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College, and his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Stone is a Professor Emeritus at Columbia University Law School and has co-founded several biotechnology companies and sits on the boards of a number of medical companies.
