Product Manager



Job Description

The Upstream Product Manager is the chief strategist and marketer responsible for developing and delivering commercial products.


  • Create NanoX product roadmap
  • Define market and product requirements
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders, doctors, nurses and manufacturing partners to target and identify product gaps
  • Work with all stakeholders to insure execution of market and product requirements
  • Manage the voice of customers, investment decisions, pricing, feature prioritisation, portfolio optimisation and go to market strategies
  • Responsible for profits and losses related to the product catalog assigned and maximise performance
  • Develop and present business cases for investment in research and development related to the roadmap
  • Participate actively in planning research and development activities, including focus group meetings


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering or Equivalent combination of studies and experience
  • 7+ years of health care experience and experience guiding products from concept to commercialisation
  • Experience as a Product Manager or Marketing Specialist
  • Experience managing a technical and complex product catalog
  • Strong financial analytical skills, including P&L management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Must be an organised and detail oriented individual with a proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities and projects
  • demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and cross functional environment
  • Experience with a project management system
  • Abilities to deliver in timely manner all needed requirements in terms of the above written and responsibility to address his superior when needed and issues occur which might result in delays in delivery

Preferred :

  • Master's in Business Administration
  • Experience as a Product Manager in the medical device or healthcare IT industry with specific experience with marketing\ selling to physicians , allied health professionals. Preferably in the x-ray based devices arena
  • Experience in the field healthcare, medical devices or capital equipment
  • Ability to speak other languages in an asset
