Managing documentation and traceability of all PLM flows and procedures, unified knowledge documentation and archiving, synchronizing data structure, and accessibility among all company information consumers.
Document Control for Capital Projects, including uploading and updating all reports, documents, and drawings.
Assist in the development and execution of Projects and Procedures
Administrator of the PLM (Product life cycle) system (document control system), controlling user access, training in the use of the system, ensuring compliance with numbering specification
Provide guidance to engineering and R&D team on document creation and maintenance for compliance with company documentation standards.
Capable of reading technical documentation and achieving general understanding of their content and relevance.
IT knowledge and hands on approach (relevant academic degree)
Willingness to learn and become the content expert in PDM systems.
