PLM Documentation Manager



Job Description

Managing documentation and traceability of all PLM flows and procedures, unified knowledge documentation and archiving, synchronizing data structure, and accessibility among all company information consumers.


  • Document Control for Capital Projects, including uploading and updating all reports, documents, and drawings.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Projects and Procedures
  • Administrator of the PLM (Product life cycle)  system (document control system), controlling user access, training in the use of the system, ensuring compliance with numbering specification
  • Provide guidance to engineering and R&D team on document creation and maintenance for compliance with company documentation standards.


  • Capable of reading technical documentation and achieving general understanding of their content and relevance.
  • IT knowledge and hands on approach (relevant academic degree)
  • Willingness to learn and become the content expert in PDM systems.
  • Good English
  • Methodical and thorough approach
  • Is diligent in carrying out work duties and applies sound judgment to decision making
  • Implements improvements and drives new ideas or processes to meet objectives and priorities
  • Builds good working relationships , contributes to and is committed to the team purpose and objectives
