· Administrative support for the legal operations– coordination with external attorneys billing, reminders, follow up, signatures
· managing the company’s Legal and HR data base.
· Administration of the Company’s ESOP registry and supervising the activities of the ESOP Trustee.
· Collecting and maintaining the minutes books of the Company – Shareholders, Board, Committees and other executive management meetings as needed.
· Preparing materials for Board and Committee meetings.
· Monitoring the corporate patents and trademarks database and status – submissions, billing, coordination with the external patent attorneys.
· Administration of the shareholders registry, coordination with the stock transfer agency.
· Administration of the corporate “Book of Operations”.
· Support Managerial and administrative projects.
· ESOP records management (focal point for both Altshuler and employees regarding the grants)
· Employees contracts- managing database of signed agreements
· Employee’s handbook
Languages – fluent level of English and Hebrew.
Legal or business education – willingness to learn.
Para legal experience.
Full control of Office software and experience in working with datebases.
Details oriented, highly organized
Ability to complete tasks individually but also to work with others.
Good human relations.
Ability to handle changes in work loads
