Job Description

For a fast-growing, well-funded, innovative company (Nanox Vision, NASDAQ: NNOX) in the medical imaging space, we are looking for a dynamic Director of Operations. The Director of Operation will be part of the Nanox ARC Division management team and will be a key player in setting up the infrastructure for growth, charting the strategy for manufacturing and logistics.


• Together with the senior management of the division, you will oversee the planning and executing an operational strategy.

• Oversee the implementation of processes for supply chain, manufacturing, logistics.

• Managing the relation (business and technical) with Nanox OEM manufacturer.

• Managing and selectin overseas new OEM partner

• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

• Manage, retain, and recruit the operation team.

• Working together with other teams in the company on building a product pipeline and inventory forecasting.

• Define and implement measurements (KPI’s), reporting and controlling infrastructure to assess the OEM performance.

• Manage the budget allocated for this activity.

• Build scalable and agile organization to support Nanox production targets

• Partner with internal design and merchandising teams on product development as it relates to sourcing and sampling

• Develop & maintain strong relationships across the organization & seek a full range of solutions with Logistics service providers, partners, and vendors to support business needs.

• Leading and governing NPI Process and PLM for Nano-X’s product

• Responsibility of manufacturing engineering Manufacturing line set up including Jigs and fixtures.

• Responsible for creating and maintaining manufacturing files, engineering changes, Second sources activity, cost reduction changes and packaging.


  • 5-7 years of experience as Director of operation in medical devices or related industry.
  • BSc in engineering or related degree.
  • At least 2-3 years as a Director in a high-growth organization.
  • Supply chain and manufacturing experience (preferably Medical devices).
  • Proven background in scaling an inventory-based business.
  • OEM management experience – 3-5 years
  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to Hands-on experience, and willingness to do hands-on work.
  • Experience working with startups and enterprise-level companies.
  • Experience in defining and implementing working processes, systems and KPI's.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • Experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects to completion.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player, creative, "out of the box" thinker.
