Administrative Assistant



Job Description

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist the CEO and company management by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail.


  • Produce email and task lists and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Maintain contact list
  • Participate and assist in preparation of meetings
  • take accurate meeting summary
  • generate reports, meeting agenda and follow up on tasks
  • handle multiple projects
  • carry out administrative duties such as filing , typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • reply to emails, telephone or face to face enquiries
  • maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • handle sensitive information in a confidential manner


  • at least 5 years' experience in managing an office\personal or administrative assisting a CEO in a startup\hitech organization
  • B.A in related field- a must
  • Excellent computer skills- a must
  • English- mother tongue level or equivalent
  • high attention to details
  • multitasking, proactive, up beat and positive
  • team player
